After three weeks of not preaching on Sundays (which was a wonderful break, and gave me lots of time to do other needed things, and the great opportunity to sit and hear a sermon!), it was good to be back in the pulpit last Sunday!

Alongside this sermon, I highly recommend the book Crucial Conversations. None of us do this well and yet we must! They offer great tools for having the crucial conversations that are honest, respectful, and productive.
